Getting factory reset through software is comparatively easy. For this you have to go to Settings> Backup and Reset> Factory Data Reset. Factory can be reset to almost all Android devices in this way.



After selecting factory reset, you will need to make sure to enter your password (if any). After entering the password, your smartphone will be automatically shut down and the entire process will be completed again. It will take some time to complete this whole process.


Through the hardware:

Faster resetting through a physical button is often called a hard reset. Suppose, many times you might not be able to turn on your smartphone, so you can not reset the factory through the software. There is no hard reset option.

For the hard reset you have to do, press the Volume Down and Power Keys together for 2-3 seconds while the smartphone is off. Keep up until the device's boot menu appears. If you can see the boot menu then find out the 'Recovery' option and select it. You will see a logo. Now, hold the volume up for 10 seconds and then release the power button very quickly and release it once. If everything is okay, you will see a new menu (Recovery Menu) where you can see Factory Reset or Factory Hard Reset. Then the factory will be reset and it will take some time. wait. That's it and the factory reset is already done.
